The Ubisoft Da Nang studio was specially crafted to give rise to creativity, encourage communication between teams, and increase productivity. The use of natural and engineered materials are combined in harmony to create a bright, fresh, but also a warm working environment that makes people feel at home. This cozy atmosphere is further amplified by the “shoes off” policy and the numerous blackboards where our talent can express their creativity freely. High-standing desks help employees switch between sitting and standing throughout their workday, which is essential for both comfort and health while facilitating “desk to desk” interaction.

Additionally, the movable scrum-boards, glass writing walls, and TVs across the studio are designed to suit an agile project management process. Each game creator can nurse their creativity beyond the reaches of their own workspace by taking advantage of the communal open areas such as the colorful discussion booths, swing chairs, or just chill in the amphitheater hammocks! Last but not least, Ubisoft Da Nang offers two great spaces for taking breaks and replenishing the creative juices: Choose to chill indoors in the café or outdoors on the rooftop terrace and enjoy a stunning view of the Han River and Dragon’s bridge.
