YUN WAI WING is a Director at SPARK Architects, SINGAPORE, where he leads the design and delivery of large-scale, award-winning projects across Asia. His portfolio spans masterplanning, architecture, and landscape design.
At SPARK, Wing has directed the design and project management of major developments including the 40-hectare Suzhou Industrial Design Village, the 230,000 sqm Taizhou Fish Market, and a 200,000 sqm luxury residential development in Vietnam. He has also served as project leader on several international award-winning works, such as Singapore Institute of Planners Award, ICONIC Award, Loop Design Award, IAF Award and World Architecture Festival Award.
Before joining SPARK in Singapore in 2013, Wing worked at MVRDV in Rotterdam, contributing to high-profile projects in China. He holds an MSc in Architecture from TU Delft (supported by the Sir Edward Youde Memorial Fellowship), a BSSc in Architectural Studies (First Class Honours), and a degree in Sociology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Wing has worked with some of Asia’s most prominent developers, including China Resources, CITIC, Lendlease, Perennial, CapitaLand, EcoWorld, and Poly, and continues to lead multidisciplinary teams from concept to construction across the region.
Yun Wai Wing hiện là Giám đốc tại SPARK Architects, Singapore, nơi ông phụ trách thiết kế và triển khai nhiều dự án quy mô lớn, từng đạt giải thưởng trên khắp châu Á. Hồ sơ dự án của ông trải rộng từ quy hoạch tổng thể, kiến trúc đến thiết kế cảnh quan.

Tại SPARK, ông đã chỉ đạo thiết kế và quản lý các dự án lớn như Làng Thiết kế Công nghiệp Tô Châu (40 ha), Chợ Cá Thái Châu (230.000 m²), và khu phức hợp nhà ở cao cấp 200.000 m² tại Việt Nam. Ông cũng từng là trưởng dự án cho nhiều công trình đoạt giải thưởng quốc tế như Singapore Institute of Planners Award, ICONIC Award, Loop Design Award, IAF Award và World Architecture Festival Award.

Trước khi gia nhập SPARK tại Singapore năm 2013, Wing làm việc tại MVRDV (Rotterdam), tham gia nhiều dự án quy mô lớn ở Trung Quốc. Ông tốt nghiệp Thạc sĩ Kiến trúc (MSc Architecture) tại TU Delft (với học bổng Sir Edward Youde Memorial Fellowship), Cử nhân Nghiên cứu Kiến trúc (Hạng ưu) và Cử nhân Xã hội học tại Đại học Trung Văn Hồng Kông.

Trong sự nghiệp, Wing đã hợp tác với nhiều nhà phát triển bất động sản hàng đầu châu Á, bao gồm China Resources, CITIC, Lendlease, Perennial, CapitaLand, EcoWorld và Poly, đồng thời tiếp tục dẫn dắt các nhóm liên ngành từ giai đoạn ý tưởng đến thi công trên toàn khu vực.
