Linda Pham is a workplace strategy expert with over 10 years of experience working with multinational corporations and Vietnamese enterprises. At AKI, she plays a key role in aligning business strategy with design innovation to create effective, inspiring, and sustainable work environments.
Her leadership in projects such as Novo Nordisk, BOSCH, UPS, and Hitachi Digital Services demonstrates how great design can enhance performance, reinforce company culture, and support long-term growth.
Beyond her strategic work, Linda actively contributes to the design community as a Moderator at VDAS, and represents AKI in leading international business networks in Vietnam, including CCIFV, EuroCham, GBA, and NordCham.
Linda Pham là chuyên gia trong lĩnh vực chiến lược không gian làm việc, với hơn 10 năm kinh nghiệm đồng hành cùng các tập đoàn quốc tế và doanh nghiệp Việt Nam. Tại AKI, cô giữ vai trò kết nối giữa chiến lược kinh doanh và giải pháp thiết kế – kiến tạo không gian làm việc hiệu quả, truyền cảm hứng và mang tính bền vững.
Cô đã dẫn dắt nhiều dự án tiêu biểu như Novo Nordisk, BOSCH, UPS, Hitachi Digital Services... – minh chứng cho việc thiết kế tốt có thể thúc đẩy hiệu suất, văn hóa doanh nghiệp và sự phát triển dài hạn.
Bên cạnh vai trò chuyên môn, Linda còn tích cực tham gia cộng đồng thiết kế với vai trò Moderator của VDAS, đồng thời là đại diện của AKI tại các tổ chức quốc tế ở VN như CCIFV, EuroCham, GBA và NordCham.
