David Ching Heng Hoe is a distinguished architect, master planner, and recognized subject matter expert in ESG and sustainable urbanism. With over three decades of leadership across the built environment in Asia, his extensive career perfectly aligns with the conference's vision of evolving from merely "minimizing harm" to creating spaces as "living ecosystems capable of self-healing". 

Being the Head of Asia/Pacific for Perfuturo AG Switzerland, where he focuses on Biodiversity, ESG, and Carbon Credit Projects, David is at the forefront of the regenerative design movement. His work demonstrates a practical commitment to integrating nature and urban development, showcasing how large-scale structures can serve as active components contributing to the recovery of Earth's ecosystems. 

David’s portfolio highlights his expertise in green urban operating systems and eco-tourism complexes. He previously directed the strategic planning and operational development for Singapore's Jurong Bird Park, one of the world's premier eco-tourism spaces. More recently, as CEO of Ong&Ong Vietnam, he spearheaded the key masterplans for Saigon City, Hanoi, Phnom Penh city and Kuala Lumpur city. 

As the Founder and Chairman of David Ching & Partners and Director for The Mekong Region at the Pacific Basin Economic Council (PBEC), David consistently balances commercial viability with profound public utility. His multifaceted expertise makes him uniquely positioned to guide industry leaders through the four core pillars of regenerative design: Self-Sustaining Energy, Circular Water Flow, Zero-Waste Ideation, and Healing Symbiosis. 

Today as Vice Chairman & CEO of Janus Group (a public listed company on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange HOSE), David is steering a business entity that essentially combines most of the key sectors of relevance to most of the focus matters in this international event.
