Mr. JOHN REEVES

John Reeves is a British furniture and product designer and the founder of Reeves Design. Internationally recognised for his award-winning work, he has spent more than twenty years designing and manufacturing furniture and lifestyle products for global markets.

Having lived and worked extensively in Asia, John has developed close relationships with craftspeople, manufacturers and retailers around the world. His work is rooted in a pragmatic and hands-on approach to design, where material integrity, craftsmanship and cultural context are central to creating products with lasting relevance.

Designing with longevity rather than trends in mind, John believes that the most sustainable objects are those that people form enduring relationships with: products designed with intent, made with care and capable of becoming part of a family’s own unique culture and identity.
