Using black as the primary tone, Sushi Koji adopts a minimalist style from the very beginning to create an elegant space, eliminating unnecessary decorative details. The Sushi Counter area stands out with focused lighting, allowing guests to both observe the preparation process and enjoy dishes crafted directly by the chefs. In addition, the Private Sushi Bar, with a maximum capacity of five people per table, offers a more intimate and exclusive experience. Guests may also choose to dine at private tables in one of the four rooms, which open up to stunning city views. Fabric wall panels with textured patterns further highlight the décor, adding a distinctive touch to the restaurant’s atmosphere.

Sử dụng màu đen làm tone màu chủ đạo, ngay từ đầu Sushi Koji lựa chọn phong cách tối giản nhằm tạo ra một không gian tinh tế, loại bỏ những chi tiết trang trí không cần thiết. Khu vực Sushi Counter nổi bật với nguồn sáng tập trung, nơi thực khách vừa có thể quan sát quá trình chế biến vừa thưởng thức món ăn từ chính tay các đầu bếp. Bên cạnh đó, Private Sushi Bar với sức chứa tối đa 5 người/bàn mang đến trải nghiệm riêng tư và đặc biệt hơn. Ngoài ra, thực khách có thể lựa chọn ngồi tại bàn riêng trong 4 phòng, nơi mở ra khung cảnh thành phố hoa lệ. Hệ tường vải với hoa văn texture góp phần làm nổi bật không gian trang trí, tạo dấu ấn riêng cho nhà hàng.
